By accessing and using BeautySpace Kenya ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

BeautySpace is a salon management platform that provides:

  • Appointment scheduling and booking management
  • Client information management
  • Inventory tracking and product management
  • Staff management and commission tracking
  • Financial reporting and analytics
  • OAuth-based authentication via Google

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You may use Google OAuth for authentication
3.2 Account Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • You may not share your account credentials with others
3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Forge headers or manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any content
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Collect or harvest user information without consent
  • Use the Service to create false accounts or impersonate others

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by BeautySpace Kenya and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and use your data solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Service and informs users of our data collection practices.

7. OAuth Authentication

By using Google OAuth to authenticate, you agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your Google password and only access the information necessary for account creation and management.

You may revoke OAuth authorization at any time through your Google account settings.

8. Payment and Billing

BeautySpace operates on a subscription model. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees and charges
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Maintain current payment method information
  • Pay all fees incurred through your account

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Service Availability

We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.

10. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BEAUTYSPACE KENYA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeautySpace Kenya from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
